Huasheng Seed Group Co., Ltd., founded in 1994, is a Key Credit Enterprise of Vegetable Seed Industry Integrating Breeding, Reproduction and Promotion, member of International Seed Federation (ISF), and member of Asia Pacific Seed Association (APSA).
The company has been focusing on cultivating high-quality vegetable seeds for 28 years. Its business includes 16 crops, and mainly focus on Squash, Radish and Chinese cabbage. Its breeding in squash and radish is in leading position countrywide and worldwide. Their seeds have been sold all over China and to other countries in the world, such as America, Australia, and countries in Europe, Mid-East and Southeast Asia.
Machines are controlled by the level sensors according to seed levels, which makes it possible to have cleaning line running without operators. It saves manpower and increases efficiency. Machines are easy and handy to operate, without needs for professional training. Machine cleaning between seed lots is very easy and quick. It only takes around 1 – 2 hours, which saves more than 50% of time compare to their old cleaning line.

In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy in seed cleaning, have seeds reach quality standards with one cleaning process, and maximize automation and reduce workload Huasheng Seed Group planned to invest in a new seed cleaning line. After a period of communication and discussion on the proposal, they decided to cooperate with us (Seed Processing Holland) to invest in the seed cleaning line. Including a Seed Air Screen Machine, Seed Gravity Separator and Seed Sizing (Calibrating) to process their brassica’s (cabbage), radish and pumpkin seeds.
Several vacuum transport systems are used to transport seeds to feed different machines. Every machine is equipped with level sensors, which can start or stop the machines automatically according to seed levels. So it’s possible to have the cleaning line running without operators, when all settings are set properly. The air screen machine is equipped with Clean-in-Place (CIP) compressed air cleaning. The machine can be cleaned quickly by pushing a button on the control panel, which reduces the cleaning time significantly.
