The group can leverage synergy by using its global sales & service network, manufacturing footprint and engineering capabilities. Also new innovative developments can be made efficiently. Seed Processing Holland will remain located in Enkhuizen in the Seed Valley, and the existing management remains involved in the company and hence ensures continuity of business and company’s customer relationship.
Fowler Westrup (Netherlands) is part of Fowler Westrup in India, which also acquired Premium Seed Machines (PSM) in Medemblik in the beginning of this year.
Seed Processing Holland and PSM complement each other well and will work closely together. This also applies to the collaboration with Westrup in Denmark and all other worldwide group entities including Fowler Westrup India.
Through this acquisition, Fowler Westrup India strengthens its position in the seed industry to better serve all global seed companies.
