Conditioned Rotary Seed Dryer

Rotary dryers are well known for the conditioned drying and continuous movement of seeds after an extraction, liquid treatment (like disinfection or priming) by humidifying the process air; independently from any ambient climate. Thanks to this the moisture content of the seeds is reduced to correct storage conditions, so the seed quality is preserved for the next process steps.

Conditioned Fluidized Bed Pellet Dryer

Fluidized bed dryers are superior in use for the conditioned drying and fluidization of seed pellets. After a pelleting process the pellets or encrusted seeds need to be dried quickly, efficiently and controlled by dehumidifying the process air, independently from any ambient climate. This unique fast de-humidification process prevents the cracking of pellets.

Seed Pelleting Pan

Pelleting in a pan is highly suitable for the conventional filling of irregular shaped seeds like e.g. lettuce or carrot seeds by adding powders and water in a coating pan. Because of this process, pelleted seeds have a uniform round shape and will be easier mechanically seeded or planted.

Rotary Seed Pelleting

Rotary pelleting is very suitable for a very fast filling or encrusting of irregular shaped seeds like onion or beet seeds, by adding powders and liquids in a rotary chamber. Because of this process, pelleted seeds have an uniform shape and will be easier mechanically seeded or planted.

Wet Pellet Calibration

Pellet calibration is very suitable for the fast sizing of wet (humid) seed pellets after a seed pelleting process. By using flat screen sizing technology imperfect pill diameters are separated, so that they can be pelleted again. Because of the high screen accuracy an uniform pellet diameter, before the drying process is obtained.

Dry Pellet Calibration

Pellet calibration is especially suitable for the efficient sizing of dry pellets after a drying process. By means of a flat screen sizing technology, using two screen layers, pellets that are damages (broken) are separated. Through the high screen accurateness the perfect pill diameter is obtained, before it is packed.

Pelleting Powder Feeders

Pelleting powder feeders are ideally suitable to transport pelleting powders ergonomically from a buffer situation (e.g. powder container) automatically to a pelleting pan installation.

Seed Liquid Priming

Liquid Density Seed Grader

Liquid density grading is very suitable for a high accurate separation of weight differences between seeds after an imbibition or priming process. In a specific density liquid, seeds with a lower density will float and seeds with a higher density will sink. In this separation method, viable seeds are separated from the less viable seeds, which increases the germination quality of a seed lot.

Seed Drum Priming

Drum priming is well suited for the controlled hydration to a predetermined water content of the seed. Seeds such as onion or fennel are therefore pre-germinated in rotating drums, with the aim of faster and uniform seed emergence. These basic systems must be placed in a climate-controlled chamber.

Seed Drum Priming Fully Automated

Seeds such as carrots or sugar beet are therefore pre-germinated in rotating drums, with the aim of faster and uniform seed emergence. With this fully automated system, drums are filled with water and seeds, and placed in and out of a climate-controlled chamber using robotisation. High capacities can be easily achieved by expanding the number of drum positions.

Plant Material Elevator

These plant material elevators are used to feed for example onion or leek seed umbels, into our rotary seed thresher TMM-4210 and other elevators can be connected and used for discharging the waste after threshing into a larger waste bin or big bag. By using these elevators the threshing process will be more consistent and automized.
