No two days are the same! As a Service Support Employee, you will work in a dynamic environment and support the Service & Aftersales Department (8 FTE) in which preparation, coordination, planning and invoicing are central.
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- You are a key point of contact for our customers;
- You are our administrative and support jack-of-all-trades for the following service activities, among others:
- Preparing quotations for spare parts and/or service visits;
- Creating service orders and coordinating the planning with the service team and the customer;
- Ensuring correct invoicing of all service orders;
- Preparing trips for our service engineers.
This is your profile:
- HBO working and/or thinking level;
- Work experience in a similar position is a plus;
- Affinity with technology;
- Communicative and administrative skills;
- You keep an overview, work in a planned and structured way;
- You think in solutions and are proactive;
- You are customer- and service-oriented;
- Structured and accurate;
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems;
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
