For dust extraction, the machines with fixed and flexible pipes are connected to a central pipework, which in turn is connected to a compressed air cleaning filter. The dust that is released is filtered and the clean air is blown back into the relevant room, which saves energy. The dust is collected in big-bag containers that can be easily removed and emptied
Threshing is an important first step in the seed processing process. Everything that can go wrong has consequences for the follow-up process and affects the ultimate quality of the seed. The installed Rotary Thresher, TMM-4200, gives a clean end result and no seed damage is possible, thanks to the clever design of the machine!
The next step is cleaning. After the first air cleaning, the seed is cleaned for 85%, followed by the following steps: sieving and fine air cleaning.
