In 2019 PUM organized Tan Loc Phat Seeds’ visit to the Netherlands. This is how Seed Processing Holland came into contact with Tan Loc Phat Seeds, and through this business link, a new, successful collaboration was created. It is an excellent example of how PUM brings Dutch companies together with companies in emerging markets.

PUM Netherlands senior experts is a non-profit organization that has been advising SMEs from developing countries and emerging markets for more than 35 years. PUM does this by linking these companies, at their request, to Dutch professionals who use their many years of experience unpaid. In this way PUM stimulates entrepreneurship, self-reliance and sustainable development of small and medium-sized businesses locally.

And in this way, they brought us into contact with Tan Loc Phat Seeds Company Limited. Established in 2008, Tan Loc Phat Seeds is one of the leading seed businesses in Vietnam. They are specialized in breeding research, production and distribution of vegetable seeds with “Golden Coin”brand. “Golden Coin” seeds have been so far present all over the country and some Asian countries.

Tan Loc Phat Seeds wanted to protect their seeds against diseases. And Seed Processing Holland provides the solution with a FWM – ROTARY SEED COATER which adds plant protection products to the seeds. So the seeds are protected ánd the use of chemicals in the field is reduced.
